1.貼る位置を決める
•布をアイロンで軽く伸ばしてシワを取っておく。
•転写シートのデザインを置いて、位置を確認
2.アイロンの温度設定
•綿素材なら「中温〜高温（150〜170℃）」くらいが目安。
•スチームはオフ乾いた状態で
3.転写する
•デザインを貼りたい位置に置く。
•その上に**シリコンペーパー（またはクッキングシート）をかぶせる。
•アイロンを強く押し当てて10〜20秒ほどキープ。
（ゴシゴシ動かさず、「押して離す」を数回）
5.冷ます
•転写後はすぐに触らず、1〜2分冷ましてからフィルムをゆっくり剥がす。
•デザインが浮いていたら、もう一度シートをかぶせて軽くアイロンを当てる。
洗濯は24時間❌

2.Place the transfer sheet.
Put the design face down (or as instructed) where you want it.
3.Cover with silicone paper or parchment paper.
This protects the design and fabric.
4.Press with an iron.
Set to medium-high heat (no steam) and press firmly for 10–20 seconds.
Don’t move the iron back and forth—just press down.
5.Cool and peel.
Let it cool for 1–2 minutes, then slowly peel off the backing film.
6.Finish.
If any part lifts, cover again and re-press for a few seconds.
Wait 24 hours before washing.
